Sam offers a wide range of design services, including social media graphics and reels for listings and self-promotion, logo design, business cards, flyers, postcards, e-blast designs, social media cover photos, listing or buyer PowerPoint presentations, website or print ads, billboard designs, letterheads, websites, and updates on your brokerage-provided website, video editing, self-promotional brochures, and more.
For the tech-savvy, Sam can transform flyers, social media graphics, and postcards into reusable templates on your preferred platform. Just let her know in advance, and she'll create easily editable designs for future listings or provide refills for existing templates.

This includes two posts per week to social media profiles of your choice: content calendar, social graphic (images or reels), content writing, and posting with hashtags and location tagging. Skip or Cancel anytime. $100 per week.
